Ruben Amorim’s Milan at Full Strength Ahead of Benfica Clash

Ruben Amorim has almost his entire squad available for Milan’s home match against Benfica, with Diego Moreira and Gonçalo Ramos among the players attracting particular attention due to their previous connections with the Portuguese club.

The Portuguese coach is expected to have a strong squad at his disposal for Wednesday’s match at San Siro, scheduled for 8:00 p.m.

During the 15-minute training session open to the media, Amorim gathered his players in the middle of one of the pitches at Milanello for a brief team talk before the start of the training session.

According to reports from the Italian media, American midfielder Yunus Musah is expected to start against Benfica, having reportedly won the battle for a starting place ahead of Luka Modric.

At around 1:00 p.m. Portugal time, Ruben Amorim and Gonçalo Ramos are scheduled to appear at a press conference to preview the clash with Benfica.

Milan currently sit sixth in Serie A and remain unbeaten. They have recorded victories over Torino, 2-1, and Venezia, 2-0, while their most recent two matches ended in draws against Venezia, 1-1, and Juventus, 2-2.

With the squad close to full strength and several players with connections to Benfica, Amorim’s Milan are preparing for an important European encounter at San Siro.
